It is really easy to save a video or project using AVS Video Editor, you can save and edit your video later. Please follow these steps

Step 1
Save your project

Please click the Projects central button and press the Save Current Project button placed at the Start Project page:

The Save Project window will appear after that, assign the directory for saving your project file in it and click the Save button:

Finally you should save the video, resulted from the applied adjustments and settings within the project, either into a single file of a certain format or as a DVD. To do that click the Produce… central button:

The Produce window will appear. Click the appropriate button, relying on the description on the right to make the choice that corresponds to your needs and after that click the Next button:

After pressing the Next button the window will change its appearance according to a category you choose (File, Disc, Device or Web).

Whatever category you chose the Produce window will look the same way at the last stage. First of all, view your forthcoming video one more time using the Preview screen of that window to make certain everything is OK and input the name of your video:

Then choose the directory to save your new video. To do that drop down the combo box labeled as Folder. The combo box list includes some predetermined folders to store your file in but if you want to define your own specific folder choose the Browse option of that list:

Select your directory in the appeared window and click OK:

Step 3
Start the creation of the new video

Now give the final touch to get the resulting video and click the Create button.

The Produce window will look different again and video processing and saving will start.

Please wait for until finish. Then, you’ll see other windows based on your category option in the Produce window. The window will appear like this below:

Apply Video Effects To The Timeline

You can click the Video Effects button and select the Effects as you want in Files and Effects area then drag and drop it to Video Effects on main Timeline.

Define The Affect Startup Moment

Then you can click the effect block and move it along the row holding the mouse button, you can see the picture below.

Step 3
Apply The Affect Duration

You can bring the mouse cursor to the effect block right border until it appears like this . You can also stretch or narrow the block by keep clicking the left mouse button, and release the mouse button if the moment is already suitable for you.

Step 4

Adjust The Effect Properties

You can adjust the effect properties by double-clicking the effect block to open the properties window the Click Ok.

Step 1: Download and install AVS Video Editor
After you download AVS Video Editor, you can run AVSVideoEditor.exe and follow the next steps.

Step 2: Launch AVS Video Editor and load your video
After you run AVS Video Editor. This software will create a new empty project automatically. Click the Import Button within the Main Library panel to load the selected video file

Choose the video then press Open:

Step 3: Add your video to the Timeline
If you want to apply more video effects, you insert to Timeline area. Then select your video in file are and drag it to the first row of the timeline so you can release the button to drop the video.

You can use the Save to Disc option to save your video onto different types of discs. The following options are available here:

• Save to DVDs – use this option to create DVD-video and burn your output movie onto a DVD disc. You will be also able to create and edit DVD menu for decoration and quick and easy navigation through your video. The resulting disc will be compatible with most types of modern hardware players supporting DVD±R/RW discs.
• Save to DivX/Xvid – use this option to create DivX/Xvid video and burn your output movie onto a CD or a DVD disc. The resulting disc will be compatible with most types of modern hardware players supporting playback of DivX/Xvid video discs.

You can use the Save to File option to save your video into a file using different formats and codecs. The following options are available here:

• Save to AVI – use this option to save your movie into a video file with an .avi extension.
